Palm (Organized.com) GTD Project Invite.
I am pushing the envelope and starting to involve other people now. I have gotten much busier in recent times and have worked on several other projects, so why create another one? This one will actually help you and I “Get Things Done” on a whole other level. A level that could not happen left to my own devices. I am looking for only a few people to test this new system out and gather some valuable feedback. Hopefully while we are engaged in this project we’ll be able to get things done. Just send me an email if you’re interested and I will get back to you on what’s involved in a little while and pick a few of you to begin working with. This project will probably last about a month.
If you are familiar with GTD Bonsai even better. It would also be useful if you have things to get done want to authentically implement GTD and not just tweak your system. Again, if you are familiar with my system, have a sense of humor and can keep this project between us you just may fit the bill. Just send me an email at Palmorganizedatyahoo.com and tell me a little about yourself. Till then best wishes.

I think it’s great you’re working on GTD for the Palm. I would like to suggest that you pay attention to making whatever solution you wind up with compatible with iGTD and Omnifocus to be able to synchronize things between Palm and Mac.

I use GTD every day.
Am looking for a serious “GTD” application for Palm, to sync with GTD template for Lotus Note (Brett’s template).
See here:http://groups.google.ca/group/gtd-for-lotus-notes
The Palm Tasks seems very rudimentary in terms of available mappable fields. Whereas, GTD for LN has 22 different fields, plus a menu item with four choices.
I’d really prefer using the GTD for LN Template, so I can keep everything inside of LN. I don’t bother trying to sync email, just Calendar, Tasks, Contacts, Memos if possible.
Some initial research on Bonsai suggests that it might be a good solution, though I’ve never tried it (yet). If your PalmGTD app would sync with LN/GTD, that could be the combination I’m looking for.
What conduits does your app work with (Intellisync, EasySync, etc).
Over to you.
