New Palm Product Announcement Next Week?
These summer months are quite exciting. This is not just because of the iphone but all the other product announcements that the iphone generates. Verizon has said that they will announce an iphone Killer this summer and now there is a post at Palm Addict about a possible new product announcement from Palm. Could this be what Jeff Hawkins talked about in reference to the “D5 Conference” conference next week on May 29th. Didn’t Jeff Hawkins say something about anyone interested in Palm should be listening to that event.
Here is the quote from Jeff:
“We’re going to be announcing something…but I won’t tell you what it is…we will be launching this year, not in the distant future. I’ll give you a much bigger hint: I’m going to be speaking at Walt Mossberg’s D Conference in May. It’s a high-end industry conference. Anyway, I’m going to be giving a talk there, and that would be something for the Palm fans to keep a close watch on.”
