Audacity DVR Audio Email Trick
Here is one of the coolest tricks of Audacity DVR. The screen for recording an audio message has certain fields. As you would expect, you will have a field to record the name or title of your voice recording. This is normal and expected, but what is not is the email look up field. This field allows you to look up any of your contacts and input their email into that field. What next? Well, when you get home & hotsync, the desktop companion will automatically email that person that voice recording. This opens up a whole new world. At any time and anywhere you can capture life as it happens and spread the word to anyone who is figuratively in the Palm of your hand. If you had a distribution list you could notify all the people on it with one voice memo. It doesn’t stop there. If you have a treo with a data plan you could do this over the air.
