GTD Bonsai Desktop Tip
I know a blog is supposed to be updated almost daily but I wanted the GTD Implementation to marinate while the word gets out. However, I thought I would sneak in a quick post to both explain this rationale and offer a little tip.
Zooming on the Palm with the 5 way is really cool. Some of you may ask “Well, how can I do that on the desktop?” Simple. Use the combination of Alt & Z to Zoom in. The key combo for Zooming off is Alt & Y but you have cross towards the middle of the keyboard to get there. Also Alt Y takes Zoom Off rather than going back one level. Here is the tip. Using the same letter you used to Zoom in hit Ctrl Z. It undos what you did and Zooms you out one level rather than Zooming you off. Quick & simple.

Great tip! Why didn’t I think of that?
Thank you.

An update to this tip is that Control Z acts as undo. So if you zoom in just to view that’s cool but if you make edit you won’t be able to zoom back using this key combination. You will just be undoing all your edits.
